A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS-.
FOR HAVEN AVENUE MEDIAN IMPKOVF/MENTS, PHASE II, FROM 4TH
STREET ·-TO ARROW ROUTE AND AUTHORIZING THE -F~LING -OF . A
NOTICE OF OOMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Haven Avenue
Median Improvements, Phase II, from 4th Street Arrow Route have been completed
to the satisfaction of the City-Engineer; and
WHEREA~, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, ~-PPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
