A RESOLUTION OF THE ~CITY ~COUNC~ OF THE CITY ~F ~CHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL M~ NUMBER 10783.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10783)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel M~p Number 10783, submitted by Peter' Tolstoy
and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the northwest corner of Archibald
Avenue and Hillside Road, being a division of the Northeast one-quarter of the
Southeast one-quarter of fractional Sec~t~on 22, Township 1 north, Range 7 West,
S.B.M. in .~the County of San Bern_ardino, State of California was approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Gucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10783 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Parcel Map Number 10783 is approved
and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
