A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13367
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13367. consisting of 19 lots,
submitted by Homecoming Fartners, Ltd., Subdivider, located on the north side
of Highland Avenue, between Amethyst Street and Hellman Avenue has been
submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by. gaid Subdivider for approval by
said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of_ the State of California,, ._
and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement-Agreement submitted herewith~ for approval and execution.by said
City~ together with good, and sufficient Improvement Security,, and submits, . for
approval-said Final. Map offering for dedication, for street~ and highway purposes_
the streets, delineated thereon,' * -.- ~ . .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~CHO CUCA/~ONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as~-follows: :
1. ~lat said Improvement Agreement be and the sene is
approved aud the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
· authorized to attest theretq; and
2. ~nat said Improvement Security is accepted aa good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
