A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
~UGAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13441 AND Rf~_EASING THE
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY PRE~IOUSL¥ ACCEPTED BY
CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 16, 1987
WHEREAS, the City. Council of the City. of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for .its consideration an Improvement AEreement' executed on October ~10,.
1988, by Grupe Development Company - Southern _~alifornia as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically.
described therein, and generally located at the northeast corner, of Victoria
Park Lane and Kenyon Way; and release of previously submitted Improvement
AEreement Security and Monumentation deposit accepted by.-City Council on
September 16, 1987, fro~ the William Lyon Company.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
AEreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~CHO GUC2tMONGA DOES
REPd~BY RESOLVE that said Improvement AEreement and said Improvement Security
are approved, release of previously submitted Improvement A~reement Security
and Monumentation Deposit accepted by City Council on September 16, 1987, from
the William Lyon Company, and the F~yor is authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest thereto.
PASSED, A~PROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
