A-RESOLUTION OF THE CI~. COUNCIL OF.THE. CITY OF RANcHO'
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT. . .
EXTENSION AND IMPROVF24ENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12944
WNERF~S, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Calkf~r~nia,
Ms for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
November 16, 1988, by Marlborough Development as developer, for the improvement
of ..pu_blic. righ. tuof-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and gener~ally located' oh' the' .east side of Milliken Avenue, north of
Hillside Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12944; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Gucemonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security are approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Oucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1988.
