A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 7646 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR.THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 7646
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Conncll of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardlno
County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
