IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SEO3RITY, AND
APPROVING NEW IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY FOR TRACT
NO. 13442
WHEREAS, Tract No. 13442, consisting of 152 lots, submitted by the
William Lyon Company, Subdivider, located on the northwest corner of Victoria
Park Lane and Kenyon Way was approved by City Council on December 16, 1987.
The new owner, Baywood Homes - Victoria, has requested the release of the
agreement and security approved by Council on December 16, 1987, and the
approval of the agreement and security submitted by Baywood Homes Victoria.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO O3CAMONGA, DOES
HER~¥ RESC~VE as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on~ behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That said Improvement Agreement and Security accepted
by Council on May 20, 1987, is hereby released.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
