A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~CHO
CUCAFDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
POSTPONEMENT OF RECORDATION OF CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS, IMPROVF~NT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT SECURITY,
AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13650
.WH~E~,S~.~h~ Tep~ative Map.of Tract No. 13650, consisting of 155 lots,
submitted by Northwoods, Subdivider, located in the southeast corner of
Foothill Boulevard and Baker Avenue, has been submitted to the City of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Mmp Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said T~a.ct ~i~ .._Subdivi~ep_ has .o~fered .the
Agreement for Postponement of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and hig~ay purposes
the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~f OF RANCHO CUCA~DNGA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is.
Approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
..... content thgreof by ~h~ City Attorney; and
3. That said Agreement for postponement be and the same
is approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute
same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto, and
4. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
