A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAM~NGA. CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVE~NT SECURIT~ FOR TRACT 9649
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
November 2. 1988. by Thomas Tucker and William Gazwin as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Wilson
Avenue and Hermosa Avenue; and
WHEREAS. the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subj eot to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 9649; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED. APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November. 1988.
