A RES~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~RANCHO
CU CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 7441
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
November 2, 1988, by Donald Tackett as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the east side of Amethyst Street between La Grande Street
and Lomita Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 7441; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
