A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA. CALIFORNIA. APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT.
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 7902
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
November 2, 1988, by Blair Homes as developer, for the improvement of public
r%ght%of-way adjacent to the real p~operty specifically described therein, and
generally' located on.the.east side of Mayberry Avenue south of Wilson Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 7902; and
WHEREAS. said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security. which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW. THEREFORE. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
