A RESfLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
UJCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13059
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement A§reement Extension executed on
November 2, 1988, by Willlam Lyon as developer, for the improvement of public
rightTof-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the west side of Fairmont Avenue between Highland Avenue
and Baseline Road: and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13059: and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
