A RESf~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVE}~ZNT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 87-61
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on September 1,
1988, by Rochester Associates as developer, for the improvement of public
right-pr-way adjacen_t to the real p~roperty specifically described therein, and
generally located on the west side of Rochester Avenue, south of Sixth Street;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such impreve~ents, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Review No. 87-61; and
WHEREAS, as Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCA~DNGA DOES
HEREBY RES~VE that said Improvement Security is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
