A RES~UTION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, C.%LIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL S~3DY AND ISSUANCE OF
A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE PROPOSED JERSEY STREET
STORM DRAIN FROM UTICA STREET TO RED OAK AVENUE BEING PART
OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 82-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concernln8 the proposed Jersey Street Storm Drain

WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial stu~ and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Jersey Street Storm Drain, from Utica Street to Red Oak
Avenue.
SECTION .,2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1988.
