A RESC~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RANCHO
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR 7740 EAST AVENUE AND N3THORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION·FOR THE WORK
WHERF2%S, the construction of public improvements for 7740 East Avenue
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to
sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1988.
