A RESC~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 9350
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9350, submitted by The William Lyon Company,
was approved by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on March 16,
1980; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established on the Improvement
Certificate of the final map of said City, have now been met by entry into an
Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by The
William Lyon Company as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer are approved and the F~yor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ~OPTED this 19th day of October, 1988.

California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of
