A RESC~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~CHO
CUCAMONGA, ' CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROV~ENT SECURITY FOR TRACTS 13022 EAST,
13022 WEST, 13022 MAJOR' STREETS
WHERF~, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
October 19, 1988, by William Lyon Company as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the west side of Milliken Avenue between
Fairmont Avenue and Victoria Park Lane; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 13022 East, 13022 West, 13022
Mmjor Streets; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security are approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto,
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1988.
