A RES~uUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ' CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
E~TENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13057'
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agre~nent Extension executed on
October 19, 1988, by Fieldstone Company as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
_ _~here~, ~nd gen~rall~ located on._~he south side of Highland Avenue between
Fairmont Avenue and Deer Creek; and
WRERF~, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreoment and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13057; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
Californla,'does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security are approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1988.
