· A RESCLU~IoN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
OJ CAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT '
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 10414
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
October 19, 1988, by Greg Lundeen as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way .adjacent to the real prop~erty specifically described therein, and
generally located on R~dge~iew Avenue, north of Hillslde Road$ and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 10414; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement AEreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security are approved and the Mayor is authorized to SiEn said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1988.
