A RESC~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
03 CAMONGA. CALIFORNIA. APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13353
WHERE,. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. California.
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
October 19. 1988. by ALH Limited Partners as developer, for the improvement of
public righ~qf-~ay a~jacent to ~e real property specifically described
therein, and generally ~located on the northwest corner of 19th Street and
Archibald Avenue; and
WHEREAS. the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13353; and
WHEREAS. said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security. which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW. THEREFORE. the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
California. does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security are approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED. APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 19th day of October. 1988.
