A RES~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
O3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCM5 MAP NUMBER 9897,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9897), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9897, submitted by Lewis Development
Co., and consisting of 1 parcel, located on the southeast corner of Church
Street and Terra Vista Parkway, being a division of a portion of Lot 1, as
shown on Tract Number 2202, in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 34 of Maps, pages
67 and 67 1/2, in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County
and that section 1, Township 1 South, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian, as
shown on Cucamonga Fruit Land Company's ~ub~i~ision, as per Map Recorded in
book 4 of Maps, Page 9, in the office of the County Recorder said.County,
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga 6n December
10, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9897 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO O3CAMONGA, DOES
HEREBY RESC~VE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said C.ity and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1988.
