A RESOLUTION OF THE CI~f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM FOR FISCAL ~fEAR 1988-89 FOR
VARIOUS CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Slurry Seal Program for the Fiscal
Year 1988-89; and
WEERF~S, said program requires an Environmental Assessment; and
WHERE~S, an Environmental Assessment Study has been prepared pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
~--!: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a
Categorical Exemption for the proposed Slurry Seal Program for the Fiscal Year
1988-89.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.
