A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA. CALIFORNIA. APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENT~%L INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE
PROPOSED ALTA LOMA STORM DRAIN, REACH lB, WATERSHED AREA V
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Alta Loma Storm Drain, Reach lB,
Watershed Area V; and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves
the Envi~ Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Negative
Declaration for the proposed Alta Loma Storm Drain, Reach lB, Watershed Area V.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Determina-
tion pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.
