A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA. CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURIT~ FOR O3P 87-26
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on September 16,
1988, by OAS Investors, as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Vineyard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to he done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 87-26; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agree~ent.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~kNCH0 CUC2kMONGA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
are approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of
October, 1988.
