A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
GUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURIT~ FOR CUP 87-16
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on September 16,
1988, by NuWest Company as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real proper~y specifically described therein, and
generally located, at the southeast corner of Hellman Avenue and Foothfll
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 87-16; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Sacurity, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
are approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cncamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.
