A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, . ·
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR 6891 AMETHYST STREET
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of a building permit, Larry Mathes the owner of the property at 6891
Amethyst Street has offered the Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for
approval .and execution by said City, together with good and sufficient
Improvement Security.-
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City C~erk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.
