A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 11105
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 11105)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 11105, submitted by The William
Lyon Company and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the southeast corner of
Kenyon Way and Woodruff Place, was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho-Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 11105 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO GUCA~DNGA,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that said Parcel Map 11105 is approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of
October, 1988.
