A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARf~L MAP NUMBER 11106
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 11106)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 11106, submitted by The William
Lyon Company and consisting of 2 parcels, located west of Kenyon Way and south
of Victoria Park Lane, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 11106 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHERF~, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO O3CAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Parcel Map Number 11106 is approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of
October, 1988.
