A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~f OF RANCHO
'CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA,' APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMEN"~,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AN AGREEMENT FOR POSTPONEMENT OF
RECORDATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, AND
FINAL M~ OF TRACT NO. 13248
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13248 consisting of 60 lots,
submitted by H & S C~pital Enterprises, Subdivider,. loqated on the south side
of Highland Avenue, between Archibald and Hermosa Av~n~s ha~ ~ee~ sdb~itted to
the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as
provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in
compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of-.the Final Map of said . Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted~ herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security,-and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for street and highway purposes
the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. ~at said Improv'ement ' Agreement be and the same is
approved and the .MayOr~i~" authorized to execute same
on ~e~alf of s~id C~" and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1988.
