A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, C~LIFORNIA, APPROVING I~ROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACTS' 12671-1,
12671-2, 12671-3 AND 12671-4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement F.xtension executed on
September 21, 1988, by Lewis Hemes as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northwest corner of Milliken Avenue and Mountain View
Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be. done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 12671-1, 12671-2, 12671-3 and
12671-4; and
wHEREAS,'~ said Improve~ent Agreement ~b~tension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1988.
