A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~CHo
CUCAMON~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12650-3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration, an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
September 21, 1988, by Deer Creek Company as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way .gdj agent to'~ the, real property specifically described
therein, and generally located ~on the east side of Haven Avenue, north of
Hillside Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12650-3; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~CHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1988.
