A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUcAFDNGA, ' CALIFORNIA~ APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCHL'MA3 10771''
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement ~greement Extension executed on
September 21, 198.8, by Grigsby .DevelopmenT as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent 'to the, real property specifically described
therein, and generally. 16cared on the south side of Wilson Avenue, east of
Chaffey College; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 10771; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucs~nonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1988.
