A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARf~L MAP 9504
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, C~lifornia,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on
September 21, 1988, by Base Line Road and Haven Center, as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Haven
Avenue and Baseline Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 9504; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security. which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW. THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement
A~reement Extension on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucemonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1988.
