A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA. APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 87-28
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on August 30, 1988,
by James R. and Jerald B. Laird as developers, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the west side of Lucas Ranch Road, south of Sixth Street;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, DR 87-28; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1988.

Cucamonga, California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
passed, approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
21st day of September, 1988.
