A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, · CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF 'PUBLIC IMPROVE~A"NT AND DEDICATION FROM
IRENE HORVATH FOR AMETHYST AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION AT
NINETEENTH STREET --
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of, Rancho Cucamonga has
established requirements for construction of frontage improvemehts in a manner
that shall be most compatible with th~e greatest public good and the least
private injury; and
WHEREAS, the widening of existing roadwa~ section along 19th Street
and installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light and street pavement at
6705 Amethyst Street, shall be' made part of the Amethyst Street Reconstruction
at Nineteenth Street Project;
WHEREAS, Irene Horvath has agreed to dedicate right-of-way as a
reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. Accept the Agreement for Installation of Public Improvement and
Dedication.
2. The implementation of Right-of-Way Condemnation per Resolution
No. 88-397 and the implementation of Chapter 27 of Improvement
Act of 1911 per Resolution No. 88-398, both dated June 15, 1988,
shall cease and no longer be in-effect. ..
Council authorizes the Mayor and City clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1988.
