A RESOLUTION OF THE' CITY couNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUC~NGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT~NO. 12969 ~
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 12969, consisting of 26 lots,
submitted by Hagop and Yegia Yazedjian. Subdivider, located on the south side
of Arrow Route, east of Grove Avenue, has been submitted to the City of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said~ City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance ~ith the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract. said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted hgrewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement ~ecurity, and sub'its for
approval said Final Map offering for d~dication for street and highway purposes
the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CI,T~._coUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUC~NGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: .'
1. That said Improvement Agreement he and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
auth~iz'ed to,at,es{ ~be~eto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1988.
