• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FY
2000/2001 LOCAL STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION
(SLURRY SEAL) AND PARKING LOT RESURFACING (SEAL
COAT) VARIOUS LOCATIONS, CONTRACT NO. 01-038 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the FY 2000/2001 Local Street Pavement Rehabilitation (Slurry
Seal) and Parking Lot Resurfacing (Seal Coat) Various Locations, Contract No. 01-038, has
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES that the work is hereby accepted and the
City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
• PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 2001.
