A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
RICHARD A. WATSON AND ANDREA D. WATSON AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE
SAME
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Ordinance
No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for construction of public improvements in
conjunction with building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of missing public improvements established as prerequisite
to issuance of building permit for DRC 2001-00273 (8207 La Senda Road) has been met by entry
into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Richard A.Watson and Andrea
D. Watson, and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES to accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same,and directs the
City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,California.
