A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP 15529, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15529, submitted by Fred A. Nelson Jr. and
Urai S. Nelson,and consisting of a subdivision of 0.65 acres of land into two parcels, located at the
southern terminus of Pilgrims Court,south of 19th Street,in the Low Residential District(2-4 dwelling
units per acre) was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
November 21, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15529 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS,all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the Final
Map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting an Improvement Agreement and
Improvement Securities by Fred A. Nelson Jr. and Urai S. Nelson, as developers.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and
Improvement Securities submitted by said developers be and the same are hereby approved; and
that said Parcel Map No. 15529 be and the same is hereby approved and the City engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 2002.
