A RESOLUTION OF fHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT MAP
16181, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS,Tentative Tract Map No. 16181,submitted by SRB/CAMREAL, L.L.C.,a
Delaware Limited Liability Company,and consisting of 272 apartments on 20 acres of land, located
at the southeast corner of Etiwanda Avenue and Garcia Drive, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on April 11, 2001, and is in compliance with the
State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS,Tract Map No. 16181 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Securities by SRB/CAMREAL, L.L.C., a
Delaware Limited Liability Company, as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Securities submitted by said Developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, arid the City Clerk to attest; and that the offers for dedication and the final map
delineating the same for said Tract Map No. 16181 is hereby approved, and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 2002.
