A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 00-46
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,California,has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement by Western Land Properties, as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein,and
generally located at the northwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Aspen Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property referred to as Development Review 00-46; and
WHEREAS,said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18`h day of July 2001.
