A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR RENOVATION OF TWO SOCCER FIELDS
AT RED HILL COMMUNITY PARK AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for renovation of two soccer
fields at Red Hill Community Park have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15`h day of August, 2001.
