A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
THE FOURTH STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT, FROM 370
FEET WEST OF SANTA ANITA STREET TO 1600 FEET EAST,
CONTRACT NO. 99-021, AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Fourth Street Rehabilitation
Project, from 370 feet west of Santa Anita Street to 1600 feet east, contract No. 99-021, has been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
