A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM VIC
CHEN AND LOIS CHEN AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERKTO SIGN THE SAME(APN 229-331-07),FOR DR 00-
08
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Ordinance
No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for construction of public improvements in
conjunction with building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS,overhead utility underground established as prerequisite to issuance of
building permit for the development of an industrial warehouse has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement byVic Chen and Lois Chen.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES to accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement,authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same,and directs the
City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 2002.
