A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD MEDIAN IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II,
DEER CREEK CHANNEL BRIDGE WIDENING AND STORM
DRAIN PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 00-014 AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Foothill Boulevard Median Improvements Phase II, Deer Creek
Channel Bridge Widening and Storm Drain Project, Contract No. 00-014, has been completed to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 201h day of March 2002.
