AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA. CALIFORNIA. APPROVING VICTORIA COMMUNITY PLAN
AMENDMENT NO. 87-02. P.~QUESTING A CHANGE IN THE LAND USE
DESIGNATIONS PROM MEDIUM (4-14 ~WELLING UNITS PER ACRE)
AND MEDIUM-HIGH (14-24 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE)
RESIDENTIAL TO LOW-MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL (4-8 DWELLING UNITS
PER ACRE) FOR A 24.67 ACRE PARCEL WITHIN THE VICTORIA
PLANNED COM~JNITY, LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
VICTORIA PARK LANE AND MILLIKEN AVENUE - APN: 202-211-13
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing to
consider ell comments on the proposed Victoria Community Plan Amendment No.
87-02.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga City Council m-~es the following
findings:
A. That the Amendment will provide for development of a
comprehensively planned urban community within the District that
is superior to development othezwise allowable under alternate
regulatlons.
B. That the Amendment will provide for development within the
District in a manner consistent with the General Plan and with
related development and growth management policies of the City.
C. That the Amendment will provide for the construction,
improvement, or extension of transportation facilities, public
utilities, and public services required by development within the
Dis trict.
SECTION 2: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1987.
