AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER
201-191-11, AND 17 LOCATED ON 66 ACRES ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TWE EXTENSIONS OF WILSON AND
MILLIKEN FROM "FC" AND "LM" (4-8 DWELLING UNITS/ACRE)
TO "L" (2-4 DWELLING UNITS/ACRE),
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines tne following:
A. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
following a public hearing held ~n the time and manner prescribed by
law, recommends the rezoning of the property hereinafter described,
and this City Council has held a public hearing in the time and
manner prescribed by law and duly heard and considered said
recommendati on.
B. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga.
C. This rezoning will have no signfficant envirommental impact as
provided in the Negative Declaration filed herein,
Section 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the
manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly,
Amend tne Develomment District Map for 66 acres on the southwest corner of
the extensions of Wilson and Milliken from "FC" (Food Control) and
(Low-Medium Density Residential - 4-8 dwelling units/acre) to "L" (Low
Density Residential - 2-4 dwelling units/acre).
The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same to
be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage at least once in The
Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of
Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
Cali fornia.

15th day of April, 1987, and was finally passed at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga held on the 6th day of May, 1987.
