The City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~onaa does ordain as
S~CTION I~ Section 14.20.0~, of Clmptar 14.20, of T~le 14, of the
Rancho Coca~unSa Nunicipal Code ia hereby repealed and re-enacted to read. in
words and fisurea, u
"14.20.65 Permit~ad si~ne--Off-site subdivision directional
within Planned Cc~munit~: The folloein8 temporary sips say be pemitted
within any planned coummity, which wu established pursuant to S~ction
17.14.020, sub, eot to the provisions lifted:
A. The developer of a planned community shall submit a
sip prosr-- for leadini customers to the site within
the planned commnity to the PlanninS Cold, sion for
review and approval. Said prosra~ shall include the
de~ailed deaisn end placement of each sip
structure. Sips sh~.l be located within the
boundaries of the Planned Commmity. excep~ said
siins shall not be located on perimeter streets to
the Plennad Cowmunity.
B. Sips shall be no laraer than sixty inches (60~) by
ten inche~ (10~) and shall be Srouped on a four-sided
sip structure as shown in Rxhibit WAu. The top
header hoard shall idantif~ the planned commmiry.
Further, each eisn nay only contain the me of the
subdivisions end a directlon~l arrow of shown on
· Ehibit 'AW. except of o~her~iof provided for herein.
C. Sips placed on private property shall be done with
written consent of the property owner end filed with
the Depermont of Community ~evalopment prior to
issuance of permit. Sips in the public
shall be revisved and approved by the City Ensinaer
prior to issuance of the sip
D. There shall be no additions, ta$ siina, stremrs,
devices, display boards, or appurtenances added to
~he sip as orisinally approved. Further, no o~her
directional eipins Bay be used such of posters,
sandwich sia~s, or trailer sips.
E. All nou-conforminS subdivinion directional sips
usociated with the subdivision in question must be
removed prior to the issuance of a new sip permit.
F. A five-hundred dollar cash deposit shall be placed
with the Cit~ to ensure coaplience with this title.
Any sip placed contrary to the provisions of this
title nay be rmoved by ~he City and the cost of
removal shall be deducted frc~ the deposit.
Additional costa incurred by the City reful~inS
~he removal of illaSal sips shall be charsed to the
developer.
The sip shall be all,ed un~ subdivision is sold
out or, in the casa of leofin8 office, un~il 90
percent of this units have been leafed or rented.
