CUCANONCA, CALIFORNIA, REZONINC ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER
208-241-09 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FOO~ILL BOULEVARD,
1,125 FEET WEST OF HELLMAN AVENUE FROM MEDIUM HIGH
RESIDENTIAL (1~-24 DU/AC) TO OFFICE/PROFESSIONAL
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
following:
A. That the ?lanning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamongn, following a public hearing held in the time
and manner prescribed by lav, recommends the rezonlng
of the property hereinafter described, and this City
Council has held a public hearing in the time and
manner prescribed by lav and duly heard and considered
said recommendation.
B. That this resorting is consistent with the General Plan
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
C. That this resorting is consistent with the objectives
of the Development Code of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga.
D. This rezouing will have no significant environmental
impact as provided in the Negative Declaration filed
herein.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby resoned
in the manner stated, and the development district map is hereby amended
accordingly.
Prow Medina-High Residential (1~-24 du/ac) to
Office/Frofessiounl for .75 acres of land located on the
south side of Foothill Boulevard, 1,125 feet vest of
Hellman Avenue and further described as AP~ 208-241-09.
S..ECTION 9: The Nayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
