AN ORDIN~MCE OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 16.49.030(A) AND
16.49,040(A) OF THE RANCHo CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE ·
PERTAINING TO THE PROCESSING OF VESTING TENTATIVE MAPS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOW S:
SECTION 1: Section 16.49.030(A) of the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read, in words and figures, as follows:
"(A) Whenever a provision of the Subdivision Map Act,
as implemented and supplemented by the subdivision
ordinance, requires the filing of a tentative map or
tentative parcel map, a vesting tentative map may instead
be filed in accordance with the provisions herein."
SECTION 2: Section 16.49.040(A) of the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read, in words and figures, as follows:
"(A) A 'vesting tentative map' shall mean a
'tentative map' for a residential or non-residential
subdivision, as defined in the subdivision ordinance, and
which is thereafter processed in accordance with the
provisions of this chapter."
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, Ca/ifornia, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, Ca1 ifornia.
